Boxing Day 2012 ; Oxford Street

Assalammualaikum & hello,

Boxing Day 2012 part two ; The day after the previous post.

In the tube. It was their first time traveling by underground tube in London :)

Sebaik lagi pagi tu kiteorang keluar, tak ramai orang. So, the tube wasn't packed or anything...at first. But then people gradually started to fill in since there were 6-7 stops until we reached Bond Street/Oxford Street.

The escalators underground are really steep~

Kita kena diri belah kanan bila on the escalator ni sebab ada orang kadang-kadang nak cepat kan, so kita tak ganggu diorang and it's also for our own safety.

Oxford Street was busy as always.

Tapi, hujung tahun lepas tahan la jugak...I mean, tak la busy sangat macam tahun-tahun yang lepas. Rasanya sebab the end of last year asyik hujan kot...

We had a lunch at a Lebanese restaurant around the place. We met Aunty Ling (in the top picture ; Kak Ngah & Abang Ari's friend). Aunty Ling is a Malaysian's too but she's been living in England since even before I was born~

Forgot their names but the top one was mine and the bottom was my sister's. Both were lamb dishes.

Ain punya tu macam sup daging tapi pekat dah berempah, also banyak pucuk paku. Mula-mula tatau tu pucuk paku tapi rasa dia sangat familiar, huhu, and then Abang Ari kata tu pucuk paku.Tak sangka pucuk paku boleh ada dalam makanan orang Lebanese. haha. Yang adik Ain punya pulak banyak okra (bendi kontot).

Aunty Ling belanja kiteorang. hehe. Thank you Aunty Ling!

And I actually bought few more jumpers and a cute pump. Too irresistible T__T

Finally got Euphoria by CK perfume on sale!
The scent of Someday by Justin Bieber is actually quite nice! lol.

Baru je lega tak beli apa-apa the day before...huhu pokai jugak akhirnya.

Boxing Day 2012 ; Harrods & Bicester Village

Assalammualaikum & hello,

[Date of event: 27th Dec 2012 ]

First stop, Harrods.

Ibu got her choice of perfume (actually, I chose it for her~).

I love going to Harrods for the sake of taking pictures with these sort of fun stuff. Honest.

Iba found her favourite place.

(I spy two of my favourite books ; Throne of Glass & Dark Eyes. Entah kenapa, rajin pulak membaca semenjak dua menjak ni. Habis dua buku dalam masa dua hari. Pecah rekod tuuu)

Tired. Can't you tell? huhu.

Second stop ; Bicester Village Outlet.

This place is full of designers stuffs.

Queued up outside Clarks. (Bukan nak membeli sangat pon.

"Kasut hang berlambak dah kat rumah." Kata ibu. huhuuu)

DKNY was packed like seriously.

Took a break with crêpes ; ala-ala lempeng camtu but mahal gila kat tempat ni. Sebaik ada orang belanja (teehee muka tak malu itulah saya).

Cik Nab & Kak Ngah's family (family's friends). They're on their vacation. This was 3 days before they went back to Malaysia~

It was a tiring day, really. I didn't spend much though, thankfully. teehee.

Snow in January.

Assalammualaikum & hello,

*vacuum sawang-sawang celah blog*

It's snowingggg! Actually, this year's snow first appeared more than a week ago! Tak sangka snow kali ni stay lama...usually after 3-4 days, jalan dah start clear balik. Ni pon tadi snow turun lagi kat luar. Time-time camni, bapak Ain pesan doa banyak-banyak~

Masa 18th Jan hari tu (hari pertama or kedua snow start turun...tak ingat), keluar tangkap gambar sekejap.15 minit je sempat bergambar, pastu tak tahannnnn. Balik rumah carik heater, tangan dah biru (tangan Ain sampai sekarang tak immune dengan cuaca sejuk, pantang. huhuhu). Temperature lately tak payah nak cakap la...sejuk gilaaaa. Dalam rumah pon kena pakai baju tebal walaupon dah pasang heater. huhu.

Boleh buat ABC kaler-kaler. aha.

Winter Wonderland.

Snowball fights.

Masa snow dah tebal, sekolah kebanyakkan tutup. Even college pon tutup sebab kereta, bus semua tak boleh nak jalan. Kalau jalan, mesti ada yang stranded. And then again, jalan licin...so bahaya.

Sebenarnya hari tu, my parents pon almost encountered an accident. Ibu cerita, kereta masa tu tengah turun bukit...lepas tu tak boleh nak brake. And then ada kereta kat depan...kereta tu pon stuck, so dia tak boleh nak alih that fast...bapak Ain pon pusing punya pusing steering wheel (as if he's the top drifter in the world...I cannot imagine T__T), so they won't go towards the other car's direction....but booom..our car finally stopped but duduk melintang dengan kereta lagi satu tu. Sikit je lagi ibu kata...dia punya la takut. huhu.

Ni pon esok tak boleh keluar mana-mana. Tadi check kat luar (five hours ago), snow dah nak dekat sama paras dengan bumper depan kereta...

But push aside every disadvantages, snow memang breathtaking, SubhanAllah.

2013, let's go!

Assalammualaikum & hello,

Blinked once, blinked twice, we're already in the year of 2013. How fast time has gone by...

2012 has been quite a journey for me. There were all kind of good and bad moments occurred in my life for the past year. Well of course, that's just life for us - it's simple, but it won't always go easy on us. And then again, ada hikmahnya kenapa sesuatu tu terjadi, kan? Ain bersyukur sebab masih diberi peluang untuk hidup dalam keadaan sihat dan waras. Alhamdulillah :)

I wanted to say thanks to all of you my lovely followers, especially those that has been following me since early last year! Thank you! Terima kasihhhh!

Let's all try and write a better story for 2013! InsyaAllah.

The Return of My Little Gemben.

Assalammualaikum and hello,

So, Khyra and her parents datang balik UK on the 30th of November hari tu.

Khyra's reaction masa first time jumpa kiteorang balik after almost 6 months. Kiteorang punya reaction pulak of course la happy gila jumpa si gemben ni lagi! We've been waiting for a while. Seriously, Ain berapa kali mimpi dia. Rindu sangat la kot. huhu. Time ni, dia macam ingat tak ingat la...and then again, she was jet lagged. Tu yang masam je. huhu.

Congratulations again Aunty Su for finishing your study! Aunty Su bila dah balik Malaysia sure busy. Mesti banyak proposal for her to be on certain shows again. So far, I only got to watched Aunty Su on one of the 'Tanyalah Ustazah' episode.

That's my Aunty Su. hehe. (Forever jakun.)

Ain nampak Kak Nurul too amongst one of the audiences. hehe. Lepas rindu sekejap.

Ok, back to Khyra. Ni masa dia tengah nyanyi. Time ni dia dah adapt balik around kiteorang sikit-sikit. Dah boleh dah panggil 'iboh', 'babak', 'Ayin', 'Eeba' & 'babang'. Urgh, so cute!

Time menari pulak. Biase la kalau dah duduk dengan Ain, pasang lagu Kpop la.

Hang Ain, rosak anak ustazah.

Khyra ni suka buat muka - her expressions are always the cutest. That's why she's perfect as my little model (then again, Ain memang suka nak tangkap gambar dia aha. Since she was born lagi kot)

My favourite. She looks older than her age here.

TENGOK NI. EEEE SAPE TAK GERAM.

So yeah, seminggu dia duduk dengan kiteorang tu rasa sekejap sangat tapi nak buat macam mana kan, dia kena balik Malaysia jugak. But InsyaAllah, we'll meet again soon. In a rare case, I'd hope that she'll still remember us in the future. (kena Skype selalu huhu)

Second time farewell.

Assalammualaikum & hello,

Lamanya tak masuk blog...huhuhuaa. To all my lovely readers, I deeply apologize for me being MIA (missing in action). I'll try to be more active as soon as this next few seconds (ceyhh ye ke), InsyaAllah.

Anyway, hari tu kan my little gemben datang England balik because the day of Aunty Su's viva was on the early December. Alhamdulillah, everything was settled. Congratulations Aunty Su! Eh, Ustazah Dr Nik Salida Suhaila :)

Khyra dok England untuk 10 hari je...so, everyday was precious to be honest. But biase la kan, bila time2 yang precious tu la, cepat je masa berlalu. Tup tup dah hari Khyra nak balik Malaysia balik...

Ni bukan lakonan semata-mata depan kamera...bukannn.

Khyra memang takde mood sangat masa mula-mula kiteorang sampai airport tu...

Muka Khyra sampai kesudah masam aje...

Pastu dah lama sikit baru nak main ciluk cak.

Time ni baru dia nak senyum, gelak sikit...sebenarnya masa 10 hari spending time with her, I realized how cheeky she's gotten. Dah pandai nak mengajuk orang cakap, dah pandai menari lagi rancak dari dulu, pandai nyanyi dengan penuh expression semua la. haha. Nanti Ain cerita about 'the return of Khyra after five months' in the next post ok! Tungguuuu~ hehe.

My little brother takde in the picture because kiteorang bertolak dari rumah ke Manchester airport pukul 5.30 pagi...and dia tak bangun. Dah kejut bagai nak rak tak bangun-bangun, last last tinggal la (padahal dia yang nak ikut sangat). haishh.

Famili Ain, Kak Ainur, Abang Pian, Kak Fiza and Abang Hamzah je hantar kat airport.

Goodbye Khyra for now. We shall meet again in the future, InsyaAllah.

This second time farewell wasn't so hard as the first one I figured. But still, sedih jugak...huhu. Khyra's dad texted kiteorang bila diorang dah transit in Dubai and Uncle Najib cakap Khyra asyik panggil eeboh (ibu), Ayin (Ain), babak (bapak), Eeeba (my little sister Iba) and babang/Ayeef. Sian dia... T___T
